Our tutors have a maximum of 14 tutees with whom they have a daily check in, in addition to plenty of opportunities for 1:1 time to discuss academic progress and wellbeing issues. The Tutor is the first point of contact between home and the school for students in their Tutor group. Regular online wellbeing checks supplement this, helping to mitigate brewing issues.
