Friends of Kellett School Inc. (FOKS) known as FOKS, pronounced foxis a not-for-profit corporation operating under the laws of Delaware. FOKS has been granted tax-exempt status as a Public Charity under Section 501(c) (3)of the U.S. Internal Code, which means donors are able to deduct donations to use for the purpose of determining their U.S. Income Tax, subject to applicable limits under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Friends of Kellett School Inc. is an independent entity from Kellett School Association Limited and is managed by an independent Board of Directors. Friends of Kellett School Inc. (FOKS), incorporated 2005 is a not-for-profit in the US. Its mission is to bring together Old Kellettonians based in the US and current parents with US passports, to network, reminisce, support one another, as well as support and stay connected to the School. FOKS enables US tax-payers to make a tax-exempt donation to the Kellett Foundation, which houses the AMD Fund for bursaries & Outreach, as well as K2 for curriculum enhancements.
