Educate+ Advancement Academy
Dates: 15-16 October 2026
Designed specifically for Advancement professionals in International Schools across Asia, the Advancement Academy provides a deep dive into one of five concurrent programs:
- Admissions (2-Day)
- Alumni & Community Engagement (2-Day)
- Fundraising (2-Day)
- Marketing & Communications (2-Day)
- Leadership (1-Day)
- Leadership+ (2-Day – NEW!)
The 2-Day Programs (Admissions, Alumni & Community Engagement, Fundraising and Marketing & Communications) are aimed at beginner to intermediate practitioners, and combine practical learning, peer discussion and real-world application.
The 1 & 2-Day Leadership Programs are created specifically for leaders and managers seeking to strengthen strategy, capability and organisational impact.

Theme: Feeling Supported
Designed for DSLs, pastoral leaders, school counsellors and colleagues involved in safeguarding and pastoral care across FOBISIA Member Schools. Sessions will explore empathy in education, online safety, boys’ mental health and the role of DEI in safeguarding.

The Eco-Schools Conference
Kellett hosted our second biennial student-led environmental conference: Feeling Impactful. With inspiring keynote talks, interactive student-led workshops, and informative exhibitions with local sustainabilty-focused NGOs, this event empowered young people across Hong Kong and parents to engage deeply with sustainability and global citizenship.

FOBISIA Mandarin Jobs-Alike Workshops (JAWS)
We welcomed 40 of our FOBISIA friends from across the region for FOBISIA's first Primary Mandarin JAWS Conference. This event provided a space for Mandarin teachers from international schools across the region to share ideas, resources and best practices in Mandarin teaching in the 21st Century.
FOBISIA Sixth Form Leaders Jobs-Alike Workshops (JAWS)
Colleagues from FOBISIA Member Schools gathered to share best practices and co-construct new knowledge on critical topics like supporting students of concern, the PSHE curriculum, and university guidance. With attendees from Thailand, Japan, Nepal, Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei, and Korea, the spirit of professional dialogue was alive and thriving!
