Peter Goulston is Managing Director, Head of Insurance Coverage Asia Pacific at BNP Paribas. Peter began his career in London and returned to Hong Kong in 2000 where he had grown up, having originally moved here in the late seventies. Peter has been Chair of the Board of Governors since 2016. He has been a Kellett parent for twelve years and has three children at the school, two in Senior and one at PFL Prep.
Nicky Taylor is a Cambridge graduate Chartered Accountant who has been in Hong Kong since 1987. Following time as an Audit Manager at KPMG she took on a variety of regional financial controllership roles in AC Nielsen before taking time out to raise her three children, all of whom have attended Kellett. Nicky now works part time as a Management Accountant for various clients. She is Vice Chair, also sits on the Finance and Development Committees and has been a Kellett parent for 19 years.
Jonathan Harris has lived in Hong Kong since 1983. He is a company and insolvency lawyer and currently a High Court Judge. He is married to Yuka Shigetomi, a partner in Ernst & Young, with children in PFL Prep and Senior. In addition to being Vice-Chair of the Board, he sits on the Finance Committee.
Alistair Gough has over 25 years experience as a Project Manager delivering highly complex development projects across Asia Pacific and Europe. He is currently General Manager, Projects of Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels who own Peninsula Hotels and properties. He brings this extensive expertise to his role as Chair of the Estates Planning Committee and has two children who have both attended Kellett, one of whom is currently in Senior.
Silvia Pezzini is Senior Manager at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority within the Financial Stability Surveillance Division and has extensive expertise in Economics, Public Policy and Big Data analysis. She has two children at Senior school and is Chair of the Governance Committee, as well as a member of the Finance Committee.
Nick Marsh is the Managing Director of Meraki Executive Search and Consulting, a human resource firm focussing on Executive Search and Professional Development, operating out of Hong Kong, Vietnam and India. It created the Women’s Directorship Program (WDP) in 2013, a board readiness program for top women executives, run as a joint venture with The University of Hong Kong Business School. Nick has two children at Kellett and is a member of the Development Committee.
Pearl Tam is a management consultant with expertise in strategy and risk and over ten years in banking and insurance, including experience at Citibank and Chubb (formerly ACE of Zurich). As strategic advisor to the senior executive team, she drove bank efficiency and results through growth and transformation initiatives; she also managed over a billion in aggregate of specialised underwritten FI risk. Pearl serves as Director of the Foundation Board (HK) for Western University, Canada, where she holds her MBA. She has two children at Kellett and is a member of the Development Committee.
David Coles is an educational specialist with extensive experience working for the Utahloy Education Foundation, the Hong Kong Education Bureau, English Schools Foundation, as well as being a Senior Inspector of Schools for the County of Warwickshire, an OFSTED registered inspector the Principal of 2 schools in Somerset and Gloucestershire.
