Silvia Pezzini

Chairperson of the Board of Governors, Two children - Yr 8 & Yr 10 (KLB Senior)

Silvia Pezzini is Senior Manager at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority within the Financial Stability Surveillance Division and has extensive expertise in Economics, Public Policy and Big Data analysis. She has two children at Senior school and is Chair of The Principal’s Evaluation Committee.

Jonathan Harris

Jonathan Harris

Vice Chair, Two children - Yr 6 (PFL Prep) & Yr 9 (KLB Senior)

Jonathan Harris has lived in Hong Kong since 1983. He is a company and insolvency lawyer and is currently a judge. Jonathan is responsible for corporate and insolvency matters in the High Court. He is married to Yuka Shigetomi, a partner in Ernst & Young, with children in PFL Prep and Senior. In addition to being Vice-Chair of the Board, he sits on the Governance Committee. He is also the Governor responsible for pupil safeguarding policies and their implementation.


Ian McGovern

Vice Chair, Two children - Yr 9 (KLB Senior)

Ian McGovern is the CEO of SYSTRA MVA Asia, a consulting engineering firm specialising in traffic and transport planning he is also a Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers UK and a graduate of Imperial College London. Ian is Chair of the Estates Planning Committee and has two children currently at the school and has had two children who have graduated from Kellett in 2018 and 2016. Ian is the chair of The Estate Planning Committee (EPC).

Jacqueline Girvan

Three Children - Reception, Y5 (PFL Prep) & Y7 (KLB Senior)

Jacqueline Girvan is a corporate lawyer at Latham & Watkins working with the M&A and PE team, and previously worked as legal counsel at a private education company, Nord Anglia Education. Jacqueline spent time growing up in Hong Kong and returned here with her family in 2010. During her time as a parent at Kellett she has volunteered as a class parent and worked with Kellett Cares. Jacqueline has three children at School, two children at PFL Prep and one at Senior School.

Sabrina Grandolfo

One child, Y7 (KLB Senior)

Sabrina Grandolfo has lived in Hong Kong since 2000. Her children started Kellett in Reception in 2007. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and has been volunteering at Kellett since 2010. Her volunteer roles include Kellett Cares Coordinator, Annual Fund Advocate, Senior School Year Coordinator, Ball Committees, Co-Chair Kellett Fair and Pok Fu Lam Campus Lead for the Parents Committee. She has one child currently at the Senior School and has had two children who have graduated from Kellett in 2021.



Madeleine Green

Two Children - Y1 & Y2 (PFL Prep)

Madeleine Green was born in Hong Kong and attended Kellett School herself in the 1980's. She returned to HK after University and her 20's in London and over the last decade has built her own International women's wear fashion label, 'Madeleine Thompson,' with manufacturing based here and in China, which is stocked in top stores internationally.

Rikki Malik

Rikki Malik

Two Children - Y1 & Y3 (PFL Prep)

Rikki Malik was born and raised in London and moved to Hong Kong in 1997. Rikki started his career in finance, culminating in running his own hedge fund, based out of Hong Kong and Singapore. In 2011, he migrated to the tech industry. Rikki is currently Chief Corporate Development Officer at Hubble Connected Ltd, a global, integrated, IoT platform focused on the Smart Nursery, where he leads their efforts in M&A and various strategic expansion projects around the world. Rikki met his wife in Hong Kong and their children have been attending Kellett School since Reception.

Nick Marsh

Two children - Yr 6 (PFL Prep) & Yr 9 (KLB Senior)

Nick Marsh is the Managing Director of Meraki Executive Search and Consulting, a human resource firm focussing on Executive Search and Professional Development, operating out of Hong Kong, Vietnam and India. It created the Women’s Directorship Program (WDP) in 2013, a board readiness program for top women executives, run as a joint venture with The University of Hong Kong Business School. Nick has two children at Kellett and is the Chair of the Development Committee.

Damien Mooney

Three Children - Y5 (KLB Prep), Y9 & Y11 (KLB Senior)

Damien Mooney has lived in Hong Kong with his family since 2006. Damien is currently a Managing Director at BlackRock and has extensive experience in leadership positions in sales, marketing, strategy & technology in the investment management industry. Damien also sits on the Male Allies Leadership Council, as part of The Women's Foundation in Hong Kong and chair of The Finance Committee.

Pearl Tam

Pearl Tam

Two children - Yr 5 (KLB Prep) & Yr 10 (KLB Senior)

Pearl Tam is a management consultant with expertise in strategy and risk, and over ten years in banking and insurance at Citi, Cibc, and Chubb. As strategic advisor to the senior executive team, she drove bank efficiency and results through growth and transformation. Her consumer and institutional experience covers sales, distribution, client, digital strategy and governance. Trained in enterprise risk, she also managed a multi billion portfolio of specialised FI risk. Pearl sits on the Finance and Development Committees and serves also as Director of the Foundation Board, Western University in Canada, where she holds her MBA.

Sanjay Verma

Sanjay Verma

Two children - Yr 9 & Yr 10 (KLB Senior)

Sanjay Verma is the Regional CEO Asia Pacific at G4S, a global security company. He and his family moved to Hong Kong in 2013, prior to which they were based in Shanghai. He is an Engineering and MBA Graduate and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Sanjay has two daughters in Kellett Senior School.

Daniel Wong

Two Children - Y5 & Y6 (PFL Prep)

Daniel Wong is Managing Director, Head of Operational Risk, Asia and Hong Kong at Standard Chartered Bank. Daniel began his career as an auditor in Australia and moved to Hong Kong in 2006. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in risk management. Daniel has a daughter and a son in PFL Prep.

Educational Advisor

David Coles is an educational specialist with extensive experience working for the Utahloy Education Foundation, the Hong Kong Education Bureau, English Schools Foundation, as well as being a Senior Inspector of Schools for the County of Warwickshire, an OFSTED registered inspector the Principal of 2 schools in Somerset and Gloucestershire.
