United States tax payers are afforded substantial tax benefits by donating gifts to registered charities and foundations. FOKS is a not-for-profit corporation operating under the laws of Delaware. FOKS has been granted tax-exempt status as a Public Charity under Section 501(c) of the U.S. Internal Code, which means donors are able to deduct donations to use for the purpose of determining their U.S. Income Tax, subject to applicable limits under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.

Friends of Kellett School is an independent entity from Kellett School Association Limited and is managed by an independent Board of Directors. The Board has sole discretion over the use of donated funds and reserves the right to use donations for any purposes, as determined by the Board of Directors.
