If both parents plan to leave Hong Kong, whether for business or on holiday, they must inform the school and fill in a "Parents out of Hong Kong" form, which includes information regarding guardianship, contacts and addresses. A servant in the home may not act as guardian. It is important for the school to know about your absence as it helps the staff in understanding and working with your child.
