Christie Jones
1987 to 1993
I was at Kellett till 1993 the beginning of my primary 6 year. Although I see a few names on here that I remember I can't put faces to them all. I am now living in New Zealand, with my family Some of you may remember my mum as she was a substitute teacher there Jill Jones. Also my Sister Natalie Jones. I am now 20 years old turning 21 very soon. and my sister is 17 turning 18. I left Kellett to move back to my home New Zealand ( where a few other friends from Kellett are now living) I finished high school in 1999. Went on to do a course in Tourism, Travel and Computing. After that I have been working in a few different places. Right now I am working for a company called Rubicon which is a Forestry company. I am their Junior Accountant and I look after their travel and front line reception. My sister is in her last year of High school, At Auckland Girls Grammar. But for this year she has decided to do an exchange. So she is in Italy. Which she seems to be enjoying! I have kept in touch with a few people from my classes. Some of you may know them Deborah Laurent and Alessandro Aduso. At the end of this year I will be starting my OE in which I will be starting in Edinburgh Scotland and then from there I will just see where my travels take me!

I still remember everything about Kellett. How it was such a privilege to get to play on the roof, of course there couldn't be any P6er's there! all the plays we did, my favourite being Joseph and his Technic coloured dream coat! I still have my dress which every body signed on the last day of school. I had such a great time.
