Class of 1985
Hi, I came across this site while procrastinating; the names seem familiar but I can't quite place them.

I graduated in 1985 in Mr. Miller's class. I do remember art with Ms. Lamont, whose daughter Mhari was in my class; Ms. Viney, and of course Ms. Steere. My family moved back to Chicago from Hong Kong in 1985.

I've never been back, but it is something that really pulls on me. I was in Hong Kong from when I was 1-3 and again from age 5 'til 12 or so, so it really feels like a childhood. I guess I am afraid now that what I miss is no longer there--Ladder street, visits to Cheung Chau and Lamma island, the temples, the smells, the moon festival lantern procession.

I went to an eastern boarding school in the United States for secondary school, and finished my studies at Yale. I went on to work in art museums and compete as an elite level rower. I am currently finishing my first year of law school in Philadelphia, and looking forward to working for the government this summer on art crimes.
